Scope of assessment
Intent for the proposed section
The first document processed in the process of assessing the impact of the project on the environment in accordance with Act No. 24/2006.
Shareholding contract
The Shareholding Contract Jadrová a vyraďovacia spoločnosť, a. s., a ČEZ Bohunice a. s. for the preparation and execution of the construction project of the new nuclear power plant at the Jaslovské Bohunice site.
The Contract defines basic conditions and principles of cooperation by executing the project and regulates interactions related to the participation of both shareholders. The Contract was signed on 29th of May 2009 in Prague.
