In accordance with the Shareholder Agreement six projects of pressurized water nuclear power plants became subject to the Feasibility Study:
All six projects have the potential to meet the basic requirements of the NNPP project and, therefore, when choosing a future supplier all six evaluated projects shall be taken into consideration. The evaluation of the suppliers of the referred nuclear power plant projects for the needs of the Feasibility Study does not disqualify other suppliers of pressurized water power plants from any future selection of the main contractor for NNPP.
