The purpose of this section of the Feasibility Study was to identify and analyse potential financing scenarios applicable to the NNPP project and to describe the advantages and disadvantages of each of them in relation to any potential limitations in the current economic and legislative environment.
The significant capital contributions during the project implementation will be necessary. Given the fact that JESS is a project company with no financial history in order to arrange external financing, a situation may occur when the existing sponsors will have to provide additional support or guarantees to the NNPP project. Both existing shareholders should consider the need for financing (mainly in the phases of construction preparations) and review their readiness and abilities to raise the financial resources in the required volumes.
